Twitter Won't Say if Hackers Caused Site Outage:... →
I’ve been independently tracking Twitter’s uptime since the end of January 2012. Today was Twitter’s largest outage since 2am EST on March 11th when it was down for an hour.
According to the Twitter Status Tumblr there was nothing to report at that time.
